The BDF team conducted online Boro speaking classes during the pandemic in April/May 2021 where interested people from USA, UK, Germany, Delhi, and Guwahati participated. The classes were conducted virtually via the ZOOM meetings. Here is a glimpse of the classes conducted. Key takeaways from the virtual class: No digital teaching materials Many are willing to relearn/learn Learners from USA, UK, Germany, Delhi, and Guwahati participated Digital teaching can be a source of earning for many youths part from it spreading the language.

Like every year, Assam witnessed a devastating flood situation in 2019 also. During this grief situation, everybody tried to help people within their capacity. BDF too came forward and distributed food and other items of basic necessities to the flood-affected people.
